York Regional Police Community Chorus to perform at Stouffville Legion

The York Regional Police Community Chorus will bring an evening of music and community spirit to the Stouffville Legion on Oct. 11.

This four-part harmony Community Chorus has entertained audiences every year since its formation in 1991, singing a diverse range of music, from inspirational songs to Broadway show tunes and rock ‘n’ roll.

“The Police band is fantastic and very entertaining,” said Rochelle D’souza, one of the organizers. “It is the Thanksgiving weekend, but it could be an event to start off a family Thanksgiving.” 

The Community Chorus performs more than 20 times each year, raising thousands of dollars for charitable organizations locally.
