Town launches Community Satisfaction Survey

The Town of Stouffville encourages you to complete a Community Satisfaction Survey so it can gather feedback on the delivery of Town services and programs in a bid to better understand resident satisfaction to inform planning, budgets and service improvements.

“Council values the voices of our residents,” Stouffville Mayor Iain Lovatt says. “Your feedback plays a critical role in our decision-making process and helps us align services with what matters most to our community.”

The online survey, which is open to all Stouffville residents, business owners and visitors, can be completed in less than seven minutes using any computer or mobile device. Participants have the option to enter a draw for a chance to win a $100 gift card to a local business of their choosing.

The Town plans to repeat the survey annually to track progress and will use this year’s results as a baseline. Findings will directly indicate where improvements are needed, with action items created and prioritized accordingly.

“We’ve taken great strides in recent years to enhance service delivery across the board,” says Stouffville’s Chief Administrative Officer Sunny Bains. “This survey gives us a clear outlook so we can continue improving and ensure we remain a leading municipality in York Region.”

Have your say online at townofws.ca/townsurvey or in person by visiting the Customer Service desk at Town Hall at 111 Sandiford Dr. or the Leisure Centre at 2 Park Dr. The deadline to participate is Wednesday, May 7.
