Stouffville Fusion Fest returns to Memorial Park

The annual Stouffville Fusion Fest: Taste of the Mediterranean returns to Memorial Park on July 12, running from noon to 11 p.m.

Founded in 2022 by Lynda Kotsopoulos and Luisa Amabile, the festival celebrates the rich cultural traditions of the Mediterranean.

“Stouffville Fusion Fest began with a simple desire to bring the vibrant heart of the Mediterranean to our community,” Kotsopoulos said. “It’s a joyous celebration where the rich flavours, captivating music, and lively traditions of this diverse region come together.  Our festival is a place to connect, experience new cultures, and share in the spirit of togetherness, right here in Stouffville.

This year’s event features an exciting lineup of live performances, including renowned artists Joee, Claudio Santaluce, and Stavros Kanichis.

Festival-goers can enjoy a variety of authentic Mediterranean dishes such as gyros, shawarma, souvlaki, spanakopita, arancini, veal sandwiches, pizza, gelato, and more.

You’ll also want to check out the unique Mediterranean-inspired products for sale, including jewellery, olive oil, spices, sauces, and clothing.

For the youngsters, the Kids’ Zone will have a variety of fun activities, including jumpy castles.
