Motofest rolls back into Stouffville
The Markham Stouffville Cruisers Car Club (MSC) will host its 2nd Annual Motofest on Sept.13 at Memorial Park, with proceeds supporting the paediatric mental health unit at Markham Stouffville Hospital (MSH).
The community can enjoy a showcase of cars that age with style. There will be entertainment by Thunder Boogie, vendors and food trucks.
A successful 2024 event had approximately 500 cars, raffled over 75 prizes, and raised just shy of $10,000 for the MSH.
“We are comprised of big-hearted members that all share the same vision—we strive to assist the local community through positive action and financial assistance with primary focus on children and young adults,” said Terry Sutton, MSC president, emphasizing the club’s motto: “Community Driven.”
MSC, a non-profit volunteer group recognized for its community service, brings together car enthusiasts who share a passion for classic vehicles and giving back to their community.
MSC meets every Wednesday night at the Markham Village Community Centre. For more information, visit, markhamstouffvillecruisers.com.
