LOL PlayLab opens in Stouffville
Local families will soon have a new hub for play, learning, and connection. LOL PlayLab, Stouffville’s newest indoor playground and STEM Academy, will celebrate its grand opening on Dec. 20 from 12:30 to 4:30 p.m.
More than 130 families have already registered for the launch, with organizers expecting up to 250 guests over the four-hour open house. The celebration will feature a variety of interactive activities, including indoor playground play, ball pits, festive holiday attractions, a Christmas market, and special character visits from Blippi and Miss Rachel. Families can also enjoy pizza and light refreshments provided by Boston Pizza and McDonald’s, respectively. Guests will have the opportunity to meet the LOL PlayLab team, explore the facility, and learn more about its math, robotics, and coding programs.
LOL PlayLab – located at 50 Innovator Ave. – combines a large indoor playground designed for children ages 2-10 with Math and STEM enrichment programs for Grades JK–12. Children can drop in to climb, slide, and explore, or participate in hands-on workshops that teach engineering and problem-solving concepts through building and creative play. The facility also offers drop-off sessions, parents’ night-out events, arts and crafts programs, PA Day and March Break camps, and summer camps. In addition, LOL PlayLab hosts birthday parties, private events, and cultural celebrations, with staff handling all planning and setup.
To mark the grand opening, LOL PlayLab is offering a Special Holiday Pass – 10 drop-in visits for $120, valid for Winter 2026. The centre is also launching its Annual Membership, available by request for $30 per month or $299 per year until Dec 31. Membership benefits include unlimited all-week play, 10 per cent off birthday parties, 10 per cent off classes, and access to exclusive member-only perks. These passes and memberships are not sold online; families must call, email, or purchase on-site to secure the limited-time pricing.
Owner Anoosha says the vision behind LOL PlayLab is to create “a clean, safe, and inclusive space where kids can burn energy, learn STEM, and make memories with their families.” She adds, “We want to be the place in Stouffville where children can learn and play, parents can connect over coffee, and the community can come together with a real sense of belonging.”
