The 2021 Summer Reading Program begins on June 26 and runs until August 27. Children ages 3-12 are encouraged to participate in order to maintain their reading skills, have fun, and have a chance to win fantastic prizes. This year’s theme is bees, butterflies, and flowers.
The program will use the Beanstack App to track reading progress. To login or register with the Beanstack App, customers can download the app for free on the Apple App Store or Google Play. You can also link to the Beanstack App through the library’s website at www.wsplibrary.ca.
The library team is grateful to Tiny Seedlings for their sponsorship of the 2021 Summer Reading Program.

The Library’s Teen Advisory Group is composed of teens who meet monthly to share their ideas, opinions, and plans about library programs for teens. There is always lots of fun and laughter, and, best of all, these meetings count toward teens completing their student community service hours. This program is free and will be presented via Zoom.
