Celebrate Fandom and Halloween at Stouffville Library

Fan Fest returns to Stouffville Library and Latcham Art Centre on Saturday, October 17. This free, all-ages celebration invites everyone to dress as their favourite superhero, wizard, Jedi, Disney princess or other beloved characters.

Enjoy character meet-and-greets, trivia, costume contests and themed activities throughout the day. Special programs include a Superhero Storytime, Pokémon Card Craft and K-pop Demon Hunter Wall Hanger. You’ll also have the opportunity to create your own comic book story. Some activities require registration.

Visitors can also stop by the Stouffville Card Show to explore a wide variety of collectible cards, including Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering.

The fun continues October 18, with Robin Hood and the Dragon, a free puppet show presented by Applefun Puppetry.

Families can also celebrate Halloween later in the month with a Halloween Party, bingo, crafts and a special Halloween Storytime.
