Town of Stouffville, Library collect MarCom Awards
The Town of Stouffville earned eight awards for excellence in marketing and communications and two honourable mentions at the 2025 MarCom Awards, which recognize outstanding achievement and service to the community.
“The recognition celebrates the outstanding work of the Town’s Communications team in collaboration with Economic Development, Recreation, and Events,” the Town reports.
The Town collected five Platinum Awards for the Talk of the Town Branding, Discover Stouffville Brand Refresh, On the Road Magazine, Event Sponsorship Opportunities Brochure and the Winter 2025 Play Book. It also earned three Gold Awards for the Shop Local Marketing Campaign, the Ribfest 2024 Marketing Campaign and the 2024 Year in Review publication.
“Together, these projects showcase creative and strategic communications that support community engagement, tourism promotion, local business visibility, and clear, accessible resident communications,” the Town says.
The Stouffville Library, meanwhile, earned a 2025 MarCom Award for its Digital eNewsletter Campaign. The monthly eNewsletter was launched as a replacement for seasonal print guides and provides a timelier, more accessible and environmentally-friendly way to keep the community informed. “The award highlights the Library’s commitment to sustainability, innovation and meaningful community engagement,” notes the Town.
The Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP) administers the MarCom Awards. An international organization founded in 1995, AMCP is made up of thousands of marketing, communication, advertising, public relations, digital and web professionals worldwide.
