Summer carnival kicks off with its Soccer Fiesta
This year’s summer carnival at Pacific Mall will exceed expectations with its Soccer Fiesta, taking place July 17-19. This weekend is not one to pass on.
You can enjoy the World Cup medal games with the whole community on the large outdoor screen. During the games, the carnival will be showcasing premier local craft breweries and celebrated wineries from Ontario. Sip a selection of fine reds, whites, ice wines, ice-cold beer, premium spirits, or even Korean Makgeolli.
The game will also be streamed indoors at the entertainment zone located at the main stage. In addition to the soccer games, you can find dynamic performing arts showcases, vibrant cheering team performances, and interactive meet-and-greets with Pacific Mall’s mascots and special animal characters.
The family fun zone is where the whole family can enjoy the energizing activities of the carnival. Adding to the excitement of the World Cup, soccer-themed activities will be taking over the carnival. Booths where families can get custom soccer-themed face painting, balloon arts, and DIY beads will be available throughout the weekend. In addition, you can test your skills at the soccer goal challenge game for a chance to win tickets to the Royal Canadian Circus 2026 Markham tickets.
In the amusement zone, families can test their luck at classic open-air carnival games and participate in exclusive, pop-up surprise games hosted throughout the weekend. This zone features a massive, interactive inflatable Pickleball court alongside giant, action-packed bouncing castles for endless active fun.
The Merchandise & Service Showcase Zone presents a vibrant open-air marketplace featuring unique local vendors, international lifestyle goods, and service providers, including education centres, pet services, jewellery, fashion, toys, and more. This hub also hosts major corporate showcases where visitors can engage with brands and score festival giveaways.
Of course, the Pacific Mall Summer Carnival wouldn’t be complete without the food and beverage section. This year’s vibrant lineup blends nostalgic midway favourites with multicultural feasts, featuring all-time favourites like barbecue, fried and grilled seafood, corn dogs, dumplings, desserts, and juice and fruit bowls. Designed to fuel your adventure, this lively zone is the perfect place to beat the heat and satisfy every craving.
Event admission and parking are free; the event runs from noon to 10 p.m. daily.
