Magic, crafts, and cheer at Stouffville Library this December

The holiday season is full of creativity, learning, and magic at Stouffville Library. With festive programs and hands-on crafts for children and families, there’s something for everyone to enjoy this December.

For young wizards and witches, the library will host a special Hogwarts School program from December 29 to January 2 (excluding January 1). Designed for ages 8–12, this four-day adventure invites kids to step into the enchanting world of Harry Potter, complete with crafts, games, potions, and even a taste of non-alcoholic Butterbeer.

Participants will be sorted into their Hogwarts houses and learn the art of wand-waving, charms, and magical treats.

Registration is required and spaces are limited. Sign up through the town’s online registration portal.

Throughout the month, families can also drop by for seasonal craft programs celebrating Christmas, Hanukkah, and Kwanzaa. For a full schedule of crafts, storytimes, and other programs happening in December, visit wsplibrary.ca.
