The highly-anticipated, family-friendly Easter event returns to the museum on Saturday, April 16.
Start off the weekend by bringing the kids to search for Easter eggs within the museum’s heritage buildings. The event will begin at 10 a.m. and run until noon and is recommended for children ages 2-10.
In addition to the traditional Easter egg hunt, Victorian Lawn games will be offered in the courtyard area just outside the Victorian Farmhouse.
Inside the Visitor Centre, a craft station will give kids the chance to be creative as they complete an Easter themed craft.
The event also includes a photo station where a photographer will capture your family’s smiles. The digital image will be e-mailed to participants following the event.
Registration for the event is required and can be completed through www.townofws.ca/active. Cost is $15/child.
The barcode for registration is 23730. If anyone needs assistance or has any questions, museum staff can be reached at [email protected] or 905-727-8954. All COVID-19 regulations will be in effect.
