THE ART OF MARMALADE
March 30, 2019
March 30: Master preserver Camilla Wynne will tell the story of marmalade and will share creative modern day recipes. You can sample different styles and flavours and learn the science of preserving. After the workshop, you will take some marmalade with you and also, the necessary knowledge so you can tackle any canning and preserving project on your own. The workshop takes place at the Whitchurch – Stouffville Musem. Cost: $50 per person. Pre-registration required.
