12TH ANNUAL MEMORIAL BUTTERFLY RELEASE

Bereaved Families of York Region is hosting the annual memorial butterfly release at Fairy Lake Park in Newmarket. Registration begins at 9 a.m. and ceremony begins at 10 a.m. The event also includes live music and readings, children’s colouring activities and a barbecue lunch provided by the Optimist Club of Aurora. Cost: $30/ one butterfly; $80/ three butterflies. Butterflies can be purchased no later than September 1.
