Whitchruch-Stouffville Museum is hosting a special dinner event with a mystery to die for.
The first of its kind in Stouffville, murder mystery dinners have been a recent trend across the GTA and the diners are invited to solve the mystery as they eat and watch the play.
In many mystery dinners, there is no separate stage from the eating area; instead, the actors are mixed in with the diners, often improvise dialogue with diners, creating a more immersive atmosphere.
Guests can expect to be transported into the roaring 20’s as they enjoy a three-course meal and watch a comedy Murder Mystery show.
This show has an old-fashioned gangster theme and is based on Big Al’s “Boitday” Party, where something unexpected happens and everyone at the event seems to have both the motive and opportunity to be involved.
Guests are encouraged to dress up and truly become part of the show.
Tickets are $65 plus tax. Pre-registration is required. Space is limited to 80 people so early registration is encouraged.
