More senior housing is officially on the way for Stouffville after Fieldgate management and local dignitaries celebrated the groundbreaking for Bloom Retirement Community on December 3.
Bloom, a vibrant new retirement community, will provide senior housing for area residents.
The retirement complex — after the planned winter 2022 completion — will provide 248 units on six floors . Bloom will include apartments for independent and semi-autonomous seniors. Professional care will be provided to less autonomous residents.
The residence will be located at 135 Mostar Street in Stouffville.
