Stouffville Spirit struggle to find rhythm in first month of the season. The Stouffville Spirit opened their 2017-2018 campaign on the wrong foot, losing their first three games of the season. The Spirit looked to counter that with wins over Pickering, Cobourg and Kingston. In between those wins, Stouffville failed to gain any traction suffering loses following each win.
