Looking at the beautiful fall leaves and their many colours are what makes the Whitchurch-Stouffville Studio Tour so pleasurable. Of course, admiring the unique artwork at the various venues is equally as enjoyable. This year’s tour takes place Oct. 14 and 15 from 10am to 5pm.

More than 20 artists will be showcasing their art in different locations. Members are all juried participants.

There is something for everyone. Different styles and types of paintings and a wide array of diverse media.

Each location is the studio/home of the participating artist.

“The goal of the tour is to give people an opportunity to enjoy art in the spaces where it is actually created,” says organizer Diana Bullock. “It is a chance to meet the artists and learn more about them.”

Many people like the fact that this event is a self-guided tour which offers the flexibility most people need with their busy schedules.

“We are proud to have a visitors returning year after year who tell us that we have one of the best studio tours they have ever attended. We welcome browsing,” adds Bullock.

This year’s artists include Diana Bullock, Ray McNeice, Margaret Grandison, Colin Whitebread, Grace MacPherson, Monica Gennaro, Sarah Porter, Susan Cotter, Jennifer Creeggan, David Clubine, Gordon Reidt, Ann Rosa, Anne-Lis Morris, Ed Lehming, Sandra Cole Burke, Bill Brenner, Ed Keith, Lis Simpson, Tricia Webster, Jane McLellan, Dianne Green, Daniella Boerhof and Allison Bullock.
